Stylists jumped other customers ahead of us (I was there with my son) so that our short wait kept getting longer and longer. They ignored the screen and just took who they wanted. If you’re friend with a stylist this is probably a good place for you, but if they don’t know you, they’ll take others first and won’t care. We left without a haircut and won’t be back back.

Excellent location and extremely well managed. Bella is a star and a brilliant stylist. Very welcoming, friendly, and a through professional. She a great manager, and manages her team really well. I cannot wait for them to open. to finally get a decent haircut from Bella. I highly recommend this location , to all Hamiltonians .

I am incredibly disappointed in the experience I just had at Sports Clips Hamilton. My boys started going to this location right after it opened and have been regular clients since. We allotted 1.5 hours to get 2 haircuts. When I checked my first son in, the wait time on the board was about 40 minutes, and when I checked my other son in, his wait time was about an hour. Given that there were 2 stylists and only 3 clients ahead of us (one who was already getting a haircut when we arrived, and one who was called for his haircut right after we arrived), I figured we would have no problem finishing the haircuts within the 1.5 hours I allotted for the haircuts. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After waiting for over an hour, my first son still had not been called. My son's name was listed on the board as "on deck" for well over 20 minutes. After we waited for over an hour and 15 minutes, the one stylist finished a haircut, checked out the client, and then instead of acknowledging my son, who had been waiting "on deck", walked away and disappeared somewhere in the back of the store. After 5 minutes of waiting for her to return, we realized we did not have any more time to wait for haircuts and left after explaining to the other stylist why we were leaving. What is the point of having a board with wait times if it is incredibly inaccurate? My son, who should have only had to wait 40 minutes for his haircut was still waiting after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Neither of the stylists acknowledged or apologized for the delay. We will not be returning to Sports Clips - Hamilton.

It was a pleasant MVP experience, thanks to Kasey who made it all possible. Well done Heather and Sport Clips management for opening SC at Hamilton.
